Livingston Hearing Aid Center

Dr. Rick Navarro has done a great job of supporting my hearing aid needs. He has successfully addressed several issues with my equipment. I would have given up on wearing the hearing aids if Rick hadn't worked thru my problems.

The staff at Livingston hearing aid center were very professional and welcoming. Dr. Navarro explained everything regarding the test I took with simplicity. He answered all my questions with properly. I recommend the Livingston hearing aids center to my all my friends.

Dr Novato excellent. Company not so much . Hearing aide 3 mo old and left not working . Would need for vacation to hear family and had to return to factory . Would prefer a new one , not a repaired one. No service providing 24 hr return available so I will not hear on vacation . Sales rep to go over syncing product, updates not available since Feb request for rep and it would help office manage technology . I’m two days past opportunity to get money back and would consider this but told too late. Very disappointed.Bcbs needs to offer more options .

Very patient and caring hearing providers. Full of compassion and knowledge for expanding hearing for their patients.
