As usual, exceptional service was provided at this facility. Patient Service Rep Tonya Stump provided prompt and professional service. She escorted me in prior to my scheduled appointment and administered a Cognitive Thrive Screening. Dr. Kathleen Long was extremely attentive to every concern we discussed. She administered a hearing test, cleaned my hearing aids and took time to discuss every detail of the appointment. Yes, I knew I was getting more and more hard of hearing, but was reluctant to find a hearing specialist until the same name came up from my ENT doctor and several close friends. So yesterday I had my extensive testing done with Dr. Long at Cook Hearing and Balance and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable and had a knack of explaining everything…so in two weeks or so I’ll be fitted with new hearing aids. She explained that she’ll adjust them gradually so I won’t have the huge difference I remember my mom going through. I’m actually looking forward to working with her so I can finally hear the dialog in some of my favorite British movies and shows!

What a great visit! Dr. Long was outstanding— Professional, courteous, and took her time explaining everything to me. She just explained the facts, and didn’t pressure me with any treatment options. Just what I needed. I will absolutely come back and would recommend her in this office 100%!
