In the short time that I have been employed PRN with ComForCare I have really enjoy going to check on the few clients that I have a few days a week. I have become very familiar with them and their routines. I try to make them feel seen and heard addressing any concerns they may have, plus they also look forward to me coming, if I'm early they pay attention to the small details and will be like you are early today lol or the questions of will you be coming back tomorrow. What I most enjoy is being able to help them and talk with them asking them how they day has been, sharing my time with them really warms my heart and I look forward to being able to do this for many more day, months, even years to come.
