Renken Dentistry of Georgetown

I was a new patient today. When I arrived I easily checked in on a screen at the counter and didn’t have to wait much time and got seen right away for my apt. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, welcoming and have a lot of experience. The place has a great atmosphere, is very clean and great technology was used. The staff I had today were professional, had excellent communication skills and explained everything to me with great detail. I asked a lot of questions and got every single bit of information I needed to feel confident in the plans going forward. I’m so thankful I found a good dentist.

This dental office is great! I was able to get a quick appointment. To be honest, I only choose this place because it had the quickest available appointment for new patients. I had a problem with a tooth and was in pain. I did all the initial new patient paperwork online and when I got there, it was very quick. I had my tooth pulled out and everything fixed within an hour. The dentist and assistant were lovely and made sure to take good care. They listened well and did not try to make me do anything I didn't want to do. I would very much recommend !

I went in for a crown and I was terrified. I didn’t sleep well I was so scared and Dr. N was fantastic and her assistant I want to say Rose was totally awesome no pain no discomfort they told me step-by-step what they were doing. They prepped me for my crown. I go back in two weeks to get the permanent crown. I am so happy and I would recommend them to anybody. I went and got my permanent crown today and again Dr. N made me feel comfortable. Rose was right there. They truly seemed concerned that I don’t suffer any discomfort.

My first visit to Redken Dentistry and it was a great experience! The front staff was very welcoming and the dental assistant was very thorough and put me at ease. My Dentist was professional, yet put me at ease immediately .She explained my treatment plan in detail.

will continue to harass you for money. The next day after the appointment I was already getting messages about paying my bill. I paid that amount....Then I owed another amount I get more text messages and phone calls about bills. Even though I just had the appointment not even a week or so. Getting harassed over and over!
