Quick Pharmacy

I tried to transfer a medication that is a controlled substance over along with another medication. At first everything seemed to be fine, but then I ended up being told by the second person that they aren’t taking new patients anymore. I will say the woman who initially answered the phone was super nice and I bet they run a good business. In the end couldn’t get it filled because of something to do with ‘DEA regulations and them not taking any patients at this time.’ They said they work with rehabs and older patients are top priority. Maybe I will try them back in the future, because they do seem nice and professional. Was kind of disappointing, as I thought I found a good new (locally owned) pharmacy to go to. Also it’s pretty close to me. TBH, I started to wonder if it was something to do with me or even my medication? Because when I first called didn’t seem to be an issue at all. (I would have thought the person answering the phone would know if they were full and not taking on any new patients.) The guy that called me back (the owner I assume) told me that. But I wish I knew the lady’s name that took the call in the first place- because she gave excellent customer service and was so friendly! 😊 The man assured me that it wasn’t me, but it was kind of odd. I would still give them a try in the future if they start accepting new patients again.

Great alternative to the Walgreens and CVS Pharmacy outlets. Personable, professional, and friendly. Right on 79 in Round Rock.

The female pharmacist, Sophia, was so patient and helpful in assisting me with a prescription refill that was miscounted from my pets vet office. I had an emergency when my 18 year old cat ran out of her prescription and Sophia was quick to find a solution for such short notice. I highly recommended Quick Pharmacy for their patient care and time they give to assessing your needs. Thank you Sophia!

This is hands-down the best pharmacy I've ever visited. Gilbert is the friendliest pharmacist I've encountered, always greeting customers with a smile, and his family is adorable. The staff answers calls promptly and sends text notifications when prescriptions are ready. My partner and I have used this pharmacy for over a year without any issues. Highly recommended.

Always clean and neat, with helpful staff! I've been getting compounded prescriptions here for many years!
