FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Round Rock

I have been working with team for 7 months and they have helped me to be able to function more normally! Each of the therapist have been ahoy to work with and are very knowledgeable! I will miss them now that I am feeling better.

Joe, Melinda, and Natalie were amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone recovering from a full knee replacement. They took time to answer my many questions, stayed later, and did a great job of getting me recovered. They held me accountable for my at home exercises and made sure I stayed on top of my daily routines. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend FYZICAL to anyone looking for PT, especially athletes. Kylie guided me through rehab for both a shoulder sprain and an ankle sprain during my competitive roller derby season, ensuring I was able to compete in two tournaments despite a tight turnaround from injury. She put so much thought into curating a program that addressed the specific physical demands of my sport, and she adapted each session based on where I was that day and what my goals and timeline were moving forward. Even when I sustained a secondary ankle sprain mid-recovery, I was still able to go into tournaments feeling strong, stable, and confident thanks to her preparation. She educated me on taping techniques, warm ups, and recovery strategies. She genuinely takes the time to understand athletes and programs in a way that supports your specific performance needs, not just general recovery. In addition, their office staff was incredibly helpful from my first phone call, walking me through insurance, explaining my coverage, and outlining costs before I even scheduled an appointment. Throughout my treatment, they made the administrative side of things a breeze. I am so grateful for the care I received and would absolutely return for any future PT needs.

I came in with tennis elbow that i had been suffering with for a couple of months. Staff educated me and taught me how to fix the problem. They listened to me and they are ALL so friendly and helpful. There is never a dull moment. They all treat their patients equally and all I have seen is happy patients. Front desk provided exceptional service also 💜

Summary of my experience: Dr. Kylie Dugan and the Round Rock Fyzical staff are knowledgeable, kind, competent, thorough and punctual. I’ve, unfortunately, been to a lot of physical therapists over the years. Kylie Dugan is one of the very best. I would highly recommend her if you need therapy.
