Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Therapy - Round Rock

12/10 recommend this outpatient PT location. Ask for Madison! She is incredibly personable, truly listened to my goals, and set realistic expectations. I am really looking forward to continuing my rehab here. The facility is very clean and everyone is super friendly!

Baylor Scott And White PT has made all the difference in my physical life. Lisa, my physical therapist listens, uses the most current techniques and then figures out what’s best for me. She gives me the perfect homework and I feel better after working with her. Unfortunately, I’ve had to go numerous times throughout the last year and a half, two years, but she never ceases to figure things out. Everyone there is very warm and personable and always knows how to handle drs. orders or insurance, whatever comes up.

Ideally, I would have given a zero or negative. We went for PT for my wife. Their charges are astronomical. For 30 minutes of light massage, they billed $274. Even though we were close to our out of pocket maximum for our insurance for the year, they wanted us to pay. They promised that we will get refund, if there is credit. Once the claims are all processed, they say that we should call central billing and request for refund. It is virtually impossible to get hold of central billing (Wait of 1 hour and still on)

I’ve been going to the BSW-OP in Round Rock for a month and I’ve received the best care . The people in the clinic are amazing . I highly recommend this facility to all!!

Great Physical Therapy center. Staff and support are professional and personal when dealing with issues.
